Description
China Analogue Release Agent XIAMETER™ MEM-3422 Emulsion. SilibaseSRE-6122 is a non-ionic, methyl MQ silicone resin lotion, which has high temperature resistance and wetting and spreading properties, and is widely used in the demoulding of polyurethane molded parts. Can be diluted with water, in compliance with environmental regulations.

Applications
China Offset of XIAMETER™ MEM-3422 Emulsion with Excellent spreadability.Release of polyurethane micro cellular molded parts, such as car bumpers, crash pads, dashboards and furniture parts (integral skin).

Use Reference
Substitute for XIAMETER™ MEM-3422 Emulsion. This product is 60% lotion, and users can prepare appropriate concentration according to their own needs. Generally, dilute to 1-10%, spray or brush onto the surface of the mold, and then reapply after one to five cycles. To achieve good results, it is necessary to leave a layer of silicone film after the water has evaporated from the mold surface. The amount depends on the mold shape and size. The initial amount is 5 grams of 60% lotion per 1000 square centimeters.

Packaging and Storage
Generally packaged in 200kg and 50kg plastic drums; Store in a sealed and cool dry environment at 5-36 ℃, with a shelf life of generally 6 months from the date of production.
